Contemporary dance uses floor work, fall and recovery and improvisation, with unpredictable rhythm, speed and direction, making an ideal dance genre for students to study at GCSE and A’Level standard.

In our Contemporary class, we strive to give those dance students within the local area a fully rounded technique class, to increase their dance vocabulary, choreographic skills as well as focusing on performance quality, developing their potential to achieve the higher grades at GCSE and A’Level.

Although the class is aimed at GCSE and A’Level Dance students all dancers are welcome along to enjoy and experience a Contemporary Dance class taught by a qualified and experienced teacher.
