If you are looking for a calm exercise technique, where muscles are toned and strengthened, whilst relaxing the mind, Pilates is the answer!

Hayley Cheneler studied Pilates in depth during her dance degree and gained her YMCA qualification in 2002. She currently teaches Pilates for Adult and Community Learning, with a strong student following, due to her understanding of body awareness and sensitivity to individual needs and abilities.

The class is for a mixed ability range, but if you do have injuries and would like to discuss them with Hayley before the class, please contact her either by phone or email.
